I co-founded the Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership in the UK and run conferences as well as presenting. 

I also co-founded the British Association for Psychological Type and again organised and presented at their conferences.

I have written 15 articles for professional journals such as Personnel Review, Strategic Change and International Journal of Manpower on subjects such as career development, organisational functions, change and individuals, assessment of personality, competency assessment, complexity theory and organisations, and

many aspects of Jungian typology.

I have co-written two books on management development, Individual Excellence and Management Development Beyond the Fringe. Other titles include training manuals on Teamwork and Time Management for Kogan Page.

I have developed several assessment questionnaires to

measure team and organisational preferences, individual preferences, competencies and development needs based on Jung’s theory of personality.

Phil has co-authored two books on management development, and was co-devisor and writer of 7 series of The Board Game for BBC Radio 4.  He is a contributor to Business Life magazine. http:/   


Prior to relocating to the UK in 1990, Molly worked in a variety of human resources positions with Colgate-Palmolive Company. She created Colgate’s first Executive Education function and was appointed the first HR Director for Colgate Europe.  She began her own independent consultancy in 1991. Her current work focuses in the following areas: leadership, executive coaching, team building and development, helping people manage organisational change and the politics of change, and women’s development.


Derek, a director of his own consultancy,  specialises in leadership development, top team initiatives and large organisational and culture change projects, but also undertakes work with other organisation development consultancies. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.  and as a business focused consultant his work involves helping others to develop strategies and skills of influence.  His prime sectors of involvement have been in computing, finance, pharmaceuticals, publishing, engineering, distribution and government agencies. 


A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Barry enjoyed a distinguished career in HR, with ten years at director level for multinational corporations in the UK and Europe. He has run his own consultancy for 14 years, creating comprehensive management training programmes with the twin aims of developing individual competencies and thereby increasing organisational effectiveness.   


In 1991 Diana set up Danziger Consulting, her work has encompassed leadership, team and individual development, aligned closely to organisational needs. She has designed and run development and assessment centres for large and small organisations, Her work also encompasses helping organisations and individuals to understand the importance and role of culture and change and the behavioural development that goes with them.


Phil Lowe is a leadership development specialist with 16 years’ experience in helping individuals and organisations to make performance breakthroughs using the resources already at their disposal. Formerly a senior consultant with
